I Want a Justice System to Protect ME, not the Perverts 

Dear Honourable Judge,

 You are more dangerous than the worst of the worst sex offenders in any prison today. Why? Because of your ruling in Vancouver Case File No: 141079-3-C2.  This is the case from 2002-2004 against Sweet Entertainment Group “torture extreme pornography” company in Vancouver who were raided twice by police and had complaints by concerned citizens about the acts of grotesque violence and sexual perversion commited.

Judge Low I am writing to tell you that what these women go through is real pain…the screams of pain and the pleas were REAL. How good can “actresses” pulled off the street be!!!  They were coned/bribed/desperate into signing a waiver BEFORE is all begins. Here’s what happened to my friend as she stood naked in the room wiht four men…when she tried to refuse to do what was asked, she was forcefully held.   I have never gone to any such “entertainment” audition for any such performance…but if I had…and been in that room that my friend was in, standing NAKED alone with four men in the room…I would’ve cooperated too!!  After all, where could one hide any hope of self defence…I don’t know about you, but when I’m standing naked in a room my self confidence isn’t that high either. How about yours? 

For you to base your final ruling on HOLLYWOOD movies…I have a newsflash for you Judge Low…HOLLYWOOD is make believe, properly controlled with more than one woman alone in a room with 4 men. Judge Low my friend was under the threat of being raped. Does that happen in HOLLYWOOD big production movies as the ones you based your ruling on. Those make believe Hollywood movies, your ruling and a great con job on the part of the defence attorney Paul Kent-Snowsell (appropriate last name…it sounds like he “snow”ed and sold you quite effectively).  How dare you determine what is our code of moral decency in this country.  How dare you feel the privilege and power to even make any such ruling on behalf of Canada and its citizens who depend on our justice system to uphold some sense of moral decency…what’s next child pornography legalized… after all Judge Low, we do see child abuse in HOLLYWOOD movies…how about we request that Sweet Entertainment shoot their next victim in the knee….well after all, as those same “doctors” once again say ”no serious lasting damage”.  These women are not HOLLYWOOD actresses! What went on in these eleven movies was not “little more than theatrics” as the Defense attorney stated. The Defense’s medical experts claim that watching “extreme violence porn” doesn’t increase violence against women.  Are you that naive! If that’s the case then I’m sure pedophiles don’t get motivated by kidde porn! How dare you allow this case to have changed the standards and set the most dangerous precedent. How I wish a jury had been present.   I read the trial notes and the efforts of the prosecution seemed lacklustre at best, how could they not have any contrary experts to the defenses so called experts?  You based your ruling on the Defense playing excerps from American Psycho and other such MADE UP MAKE BELIEVE MOVIES! You have brought a new level of danger and made it now permissable in our society. These movies were sick and these women were NOT actresses… nor did they have the good fortune of having body doubles…did you know they use body doubles in Hollywood Judge Low?   

My friend   was so petrified, humiliated and ashamed of what happened she could not speak of the atrocities until 8 years later. Her pain was unbearable and heartbreaking.    ”No evidence of any adverse effects” as a result of men watching extreme pornography…God forbid a woman is caught for infidelity and has her head shoved in the toilet and her mouth urinated in as was the scene in “Rage”.  How about the electrocution videos…how about the blood that was drawn from a woman’s breasts…THAT DOESN’T HAPPEN IN HOLLYWOOD. IT’S FAKE BLOOD IN HOLLYWOOD. What’s next…will they shoot her in the leg next and have the same medical experts called to testify that they’re were no lasting damage done to these women patch her all up again?! YOU ARE A DANGEROUS MAN JUDGE LOW! Before any of your think I’m overreating…please read some of the points below:

1. the electrocutIon of these women…was not “little more than theatrics”…that’s what electrocution does Judge Low…it BURNS THE SKIN…
2. they pierced their flesh and genitalia…that wasn’t the next Academy Award performance Judge Low, those screams were REAL…those women were in pain. 
3. they took a woman’s head and forced her head in the toilet repeatedly…hey Judge Low…the toilet was real too.
4. they took clamps and inserted a video camera inside a VERY PREGNANT woman in hopes of “seeing the baby”…
5. THEY ENDANGERED THE LIFE OF AN UNBORN CHILD…I wonder if the baby is okay? Have you ever wondered this? OH….MAYBE BECAUSE THIS MOVIE WAS MADE AFTER YOUR RULING!!!!!!  THEY SHOULD ACKNOWLEDGE SPECIAL THANKS TO YOU FOR MAKING IT ALL POSSIBLE. I’M SURE THAT THEIR SICK AUDIENCE WILL QUICKLY TIRE OF THIS TOO AND DEMAND MORE AND MORE EXTREME…AND THANKS TO YOUR NO LIMITS AS LONG AS IT’S BEEN DONE IN HOLLYWOOD APPROACH…WELL, SKY’S THE LIMIT!
6. More and more but I could not watch…and what I saw was not even in their “extreme category”…
7. Most got paid NOTHING…THERE’S NO TRACES OF NOTHING. The defenses claims of “5000.00″ are ludacris! My friend recieved 150.00 after the “talent agency Diverse Talents” took it’s cut…oh…and yes, this “talent” agency she later found out was owned by Randy Price the same owner as Sweet Entertainment Group.  

What these men do in front of the camera is inhumane and cruel. IMAGINE OFF CAMERA?  Would you tolerate these men dunking a dog’s head in the toilet as punishment as acceptable as seen in the film “Rage”? oF COURSE NOT!  You should not be a Judge, you should be ashamed. And Canadians everywhere, especially women, children, and anyone else incapable of defending themselves should be scared. I do not sleep better at night knowing that you have changed the standards of our decency laws and allowed this case to set a new precedent of decency for Canadians. The torture these women experienced was REAL and this company did not get it’s new recruits at any BDSM parties…those parties have “safe” words and are usually attended by curiosity seekers. Have you ever been to one of these parties? I would urge to attend and see that what goes on there is certainly not anywhere near what happens in those eleven films. No Judge Low, what happened in those films happened to REAL everyday women like my friend…not HOLLYWOOD ACTRESSES AS SEEN IN AMERICAN PSYCHO. The pain was real and there were no “cut, take 25″ . No instead these women were alone in a room with these men, with a CAMCORDER! I don’t know about you…but if I had been in that position…I might’ve thought I made the fatal mistake of my life and had been tricked by a very smart psychopathic pervert.    

i’m curious Judge Low, DID YOU WATCH…the one where they take medical “clamps” which are typically used during a woman’s pap smear exam to look for signs of cervical cancer…well in their latest Blockbusters…they take a PREGNANT WOMAN and insert a camera inside of her to see if they can see THE BABY. Now that’s something I haven’t seen in a HOLLYWOOD MOVIE…not yet anyway…but with your new standards of Canadian moral decency…it might be “Coming Soon”.    And aren’t many of these women deserving of the next Academy Award…after all as stated by the defence attorney Paul Kent-Snowsell…this was “little more than theatrics”. I don’t know about you…but those performances if as Mr Kent-Snowsell says…well, MOVE OVER JODIE FOSTER, because you won’t be cast in the remake of The Accused…these women in these 11 vidoes are far far far far superior to your acting ability. Isn’t amazing that they managed such realism when all this was “little more than theatrics” as the Defense attorney stated. He stood on the soap box of “free sheech” BS BS BS BS BS…. it’s all about MONEY! Hey Judge Low, what’s next for you to legalize and set new precendents for…SNUFF films (that’s outlawed movies where real people are filmed dying)…will Sweet Entertainment Group regress to this after numbing it’s audience to the effects of shoving a woman’s head in the toilet as punshiment for infidelity…and then urinating in her mouth as this same punishment.  After all Judge Low…people are killed in Hollywood movies so therefore it must be okay? I pray you never ever have the opportunity to rule on any more issues.

The police conducted 2 raids on this company. These types of horrific films were not previously allowed in Canada…now thanks to you I must wonder to what level of perversion and desensitization to violence our society will escalate.

JUDGE LOW, WHAT YOU HAVE NOW ALLOWED TO BE CONSIDERED WITHIN THE SPECTRUM OF OUR MORAL DECENCY LAWS WAS TOO DISGUSTING AND DISTURBING TO EVEN BE CALLED PORNOGRAPHY. Judge Low you have opened the doors to a whole new level of danger for women and children. Pedophiles are rejoicing as I’m sure you will be legalizing kiddie porn next.
